Wow most of these tofus I've never heard of! The 洋芋粑粑 looks so good, and looks like it's the perfect counterpart to the fresh "salad tacos"!😊

There are so many unique tofus in Guizhou! Many use alkaline 食用碱, which gives a more tender mouthfeel and a bit of a sulfury flavor. Interesting that those aren't too popular in other regions.
